Child Therapy

I provide a warm, safe, and engaging space for children and adolescents to express themselves, process emotions, and build coping skills. Using creative and evidence-based approaches—such as play therapy, sand tray work, and expressive activities—I help children ages 7+ navigate anxiety, stress, social challenges, or emotional difficulties. My goal is to empower young clients to understand themselves, develop resilience, and thrive both at home and at school.

Welcome to Lotus Light Psychology.


I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a passion for supporting individuals, children, adolescents, and couples through life’s challenges. With experience in play therapy, sand tray work, narrative approaches, and evidence-informed techniques, I provide a safe and collaborative space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I am currently running my own private practice in Nepean under the supervision of Allison Goldfiend (RP).

I bring a culturally humble and humanistic approach to therapy, understanding the importance of each client’s unique background, identity, and experiences. My work is informed by a commitment to inclusivity, empathy, and supporting clients across diverse ages, cultures, and life situations. I am especially dedicated to helping young people, couples, and adults navigate emotional struggles, life transitions, and relational challenges in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy , Play therapy, Art Therapy and Exposure and Response Therapy along with combined approaches based on your needs.
